Second Age was founded in 1999 in EverQuest on the Cazic-Thule server by "Sovran". Leadership of the guild was passed on to "Moonhawk Firebow" shortly after , who remained the leader of Second Age until 2006, when Second Age became leaderless in EverQuest II. At that time, a GM vote was invoked and the Druid "Sabap" assumed responsibility of that role.
Since 2006, in EverQuest II, "Sabap" has remained the leader of Second Age. Under many different Alternative Characters, "Sabap" has kept the guild going ever since, most recently under the names: "Mozy" & "Replay".

Second Age prides itself with being a guild of morals, strong leadership and loyalty to the EverQuest franchise. Though it's longevity is great, it has not been without it's us and downs. Second Age (through it's time in EverQuest II) has undergone 3 major rebuilds. Though rocky, each rebuild has found its way to building a solid raid force.
